Hello Hurricanes!

Here are a few updates for tomorrow's Time Trials.  

1.  Time Trials are run like a swim meet which means NO practice in the morning.  The meet begins at 6:00pm - please plan to arrive at the pool by 5:15 to check-in and warm up.  Coaches will let the swimmers know when it is their time to warm up.  Please have your swimmers already marked with their heat/ lane assignments (see last email for information on that...or find a seasoned family to help :).  

2.  We are still in need of a few more volunteers for tomorrow's meet.  Specifically: (1) Head timer, (1) Clerk of Course, (1) Runner, (2) Timers.  Please see the app or website to sign up.  We can't run the meet without these positions filled!

3.  The Heat Sheets are attached to this email.  It also looks like the app now shows the heat & lane assignments - yay!  Please reference the app/ heat sheets when marking your swimmer.
