* No Alcohol AT ALL (practices or meets)
* No Glass AT ALL (draining the pool is NO fun)
Meet Protocol
1. Make sure that your attendance is recorded before the meet
Night of Meet
2. Check-in
3. Write the events that your swimmer(s) are in with the heat # on arms or legs
4. Help younger swimmers listen for event numbers to know when to go to Clerk of Course
5. Enjoy the concessions and swimming
