Practice Policies
Attire
Girls- a one-piece bathing suit is needed for practice. It can be our team uniform or any one-piece.
Boys- swim trunks/ long jammers
* Cap is optional for practice
Attendance
The more you come, the faster you will get
We DO NOT need to know if you will be absent to practice
Parents, please pick, or arrange for pick up, promptly after your practice
Other Policies
1. The "Froggie Pool" and shallow end of the main pool are closed for everyone during practice hours. This is because the pool is closed to all residents of Southampton, so it should only be used for practice-- not play.
2. During practice hours, you are only in the pool with your age group. Shrimpers and 10 & under should not be in the pool while another group is practicing.
3. Please let the coaches coach during practice. Parents should forward all questions or concerns to Elizabeth or Stephanie at [email protected]
