Hello Hurricanes!

Coming at you with a weekly update for our upcoming meets.  My apologies in advance for all the information :).

1.  We have a meet tomorrow, Monday 6/7 and Thursday 6/10.  Heat Sheets will be sent out prior to the meet or events can be found in the Swimtopia app.  Practice will be held Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.  

2.  Reminder that there is NO PARKING in the roundabout in front of the clubhouse.  This area needs to be kept clear of vehicles at all times.

3. We will have full concessions at the meets starting tomorrow!  Pizza, drinks, candy, etc.  Bring cash!

4.  Team shirts are in! They will be available for pickup at the check-in table tomorrow evening.

5.  Don't forget to declare your child as "not attending" at least 48 hours prior if you will be missing a meet.

6.  We are still in need of another Clerk of Course and Runner for tomorrow's meet.  Please consider signing up if you have not already!  We could also use someone in the Clubhouse to help read times.  If you are interested in learning the computer system, this is an excellent time to learn - please email us back directly.

7.  Incase you haven't heard, we are looking to add another Team Rep for next season :).  It is imperative that we have at least one (if not two!) people take over if we want to have a team.  At least one of the team reps needs to be an in-neighborhood family.  While the job isn't too demanding, there is a lot to learn, and this is the perfect time to do it.  Please email us back directly if you are interested!

8.  Our End of Season party is scheduled for Wednesday, June 30!  You can RSVP and sign up to bring a food item under the "events" tab.  As the league isn't holding an All Star meet this year, this will be our final hurrah for the season!
